I wanted to send a note of appreciation. Last Friday I was a bit discombobulated because I had discovered at the last moment my daughter needed black ballet slippers and white tights.

I called Jenna who was extremely accommodating and helpful. With her advice over the phone, I was able to go down to your store and obtain the necessary items for my daughter. Jenna was kind and respectful and you are fortunate to have such a wonderful person in your employ.
